Kendra & Cody :: Destination Wedding, Part II

After the ceremony, we headed to the beach for some not-so-formals, including the infamous bridal party "jumping shot!" Note: it is important to clarify if you want people to jump on 3 or after 3!!

And I think the guys though it was their tryout for "America's Next Top Model," they had their struts down!

Kendra & Cody :: Destination Wedding

They did it! Kendra and Cody tied the knot in a beautiful beach ceremony at the El Dorado Royale Resort in Mexico! Kendra went all out, she planned every last detail, and mom Becky was her florist extraordinaire! The heartfelt ceremony was delivered by a friend of the couple, and there was not a dry eye on the beach, even I had to "blink one back" a few times! We had a fabulous time at this amazing resort, and even got to reunite with a lot of our Dallas friends, and make some new acquaintances from North Carolina! Hope to see you in Ashville soon!

Kendra :: Boudoir

"HAY-SOOOS!!" That's all Kendra's groom, Cody, could say as he flipped through the book of boudoir photos she made for him. Like many brides, Kendra choose to give her groom a very personal gift on their wedding day, and lucky me, I shot her boudoir session and the wedding, so I was able to capture Cody's reaction as he flipped through page after page of gorgeous, sexy images of his bride! We did her shoot back in February (oh my, that seems so long ago!) but I couldn't share until after the wedding...and for anybody who knows me, you know I have zero-zip-zilch patience....so I've been dying to blog these! You might need a towel to wipe the sweat from your brow after looking at these!

Tiffany & Wiley :: Aftershoot!

So a lot has happened since my last blog post...A LOT! The biggest of which, is that we have moved back to CALIFORNIA! Andrew landed a great job, so we were finally able to get back to Orange County, something that we've been working on since the wedding over a year ago! We actually moved ourselves (and dogs), with the help of some awesome friends! So happy to be back and see old friends and family...looking forward to a lot more of that to come!

Anywhoo, I digress....because this isn't about me....it's about Tiffany and Wiley! They are my superstar clients, and the first to book an "aftershoot." Now normally this would have been right after the wedding, even the day after...but they left immediately after the wedding for a kick-ass honeymoon, and of course, Wiley's many coaching obligations also slowed the process a bit...but we were finally able to get together, the weekend before we moved, at Goar Park in Dallas. And I must say...it was amazing! I highly recommend this for everybody...its much more relaxing, you're not pressured by the time constraints of the actual wedding day, and of course, it gives the bride another opportunity to don the dream dress again! So enjoy!!

Tiffany & Wiley :: Wedding

It's in the way they look at each other....you can tell they are utterly completely madly in love! Tiff and Wiley were married on Saturday January 9th surrounded by their fabulous friends and family. Though it was one of the coldest weekends in Dallas in 10 years, you could definitely feel the warmth and happiness coming from these two lovebirds!
