I'm finally back amongst the living! After a family trip to CA, Baby G and I both came home sick! We've been quarantined in the house for a week now, but finally both on the mend. Whew! I finally got a chance to edit some maternity images for my dear friends the Grays. Allison and Von are expecting twin girls at the beginning of November. We had to get a few pix of Big D (Daniel), and as usual, he stole the show! (see last picture, that pretty much sums it up!!)
Babies, babies everywhere!! At least, all over my blog lately! I'm always honored when people ask me to do maternity photos for them. It's such a special time, whether it's your first or fifth baby! My good friends Kendra and Cody, and of course Miss Harper toughed it out in the sweltering Texas June heat for some sweet photos before their new baby boy arrives in a few weeks! Cody and I took the brunt of the suffering...as we both have a bazillion chigger bites as souvenirs of the shoot! Gah! I can't wait to meet their new addition!
I love reconnecting with past clients now that we're back in Dallas! I met Tanika thru a wedding website back in 2009, and thou they were married in Detroit, they had me take some local engagement photos for them! It's so fun to see how everyone's lives have changed, and now Tanika and Eric are expecting their first baby, a girl, due later this summer! They were such troopers, enduring heat, bugs and burrs (and Eric's jokes) at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano for this shoot! I can't wait to meet their bound-to-be-gorgeous baby girl!
Happy Sunday! I cannot believe it is June already, and of course, the HEAT is blazing here in TX! We have been back in TX officially for a year now, time sure does fly when you're chasing a toddler at full speed!
But enough about that, check out the amazingly gorgeous Henderson Family! I met mom Brandi thru my local mom's Meetup group about a year ago. Her son Myles is about the same age as Giuliana, and as you can see, they are going to be adding a new baby boy to their family soon! Check out a few faves from their recent mini-session in Frisco!
